Use this handy form to find out if you're ready to submit your files.
Files have been spell-checked.
 Document colors have been checked.
 All printer and screen fonts are included.
 All EPS and TIFF files required are included.
 All graphic links are still intact.
 All required third-party extensions are included for software that requires them.
 Original files of embedded and eps graphics are included.
 Final PDF's of all document pages are included.
 When uploading, all support files have been compressed into a single file.
 Mac compressed files have been BIN-HEX encoded for compatibility.
